Reopening Design Projects

Purpose

As a Project Owner, reopen a closed or voided Design Projects when the change is required again.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Design Extension, CQ Management Review Dashboard Extension

Product: ProductQuest

Function: Design Projects

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Design Owner PSG

Record Status: Closed, Void

Steps

1. Open the Design Transfer record.

2. Click Reopen from the Action Menu.

3. Provide a Comment and specify the Password, if applicable.

4. Click Save.

Expected Outcome

• The Project record moves back to the selected Stage.

• The Reopening Design Transfer activity appears in the Record Activities section on the History tab.
